OPC Siemens ----> OPC Delta V 14.3.1

Hello.
In version 12.3.1 of deltaV I had installed opc mirror with connection to opc siemens Wincc with the administrator user.
Now that I update to version 14.3.1 opc mirror cannot find the siemens opc.
I already created a windows session with the administrator credentials in the siemens workstations, from the siemens OS1 the OPC DeltaV was observed but from the application the siemens opc is not observed.

  Could it be a COM / DCOM setting on the APP station? From "OPC Mirror Tips" in help,
  "OPC Mirror does not use DeltaV security . . . you must have the proper COM authentication credentials to connect to OPC Servers and define data mapping"
  Also - DCOM - might be a factor if OPC is not running on a DeltaV node?
