About FF device commissioning

Dear all

I am facing a problem while commissioning of FF device i don't have an AMS(11.1.1) license in my system and I am using DeltaV (11.3.1)

          when I am trying to commission FF device it showing "operation fail because the device should not be added to the AMS device manager database" but the same type of device was commissioned before.

Please suggest me whether i need AMS license or SI dongle

  Is the FF device having the same version as before, or is a new version definition to be imported?
