Can't write to DeltaV SIS Operate

Dear all,

I can't seem to write or configure anything on Delta V SIS Dynamo Sets on DeltaV Operate.I have even given all the SIS keys and SIS Permissions  to the ADMINISTRATOR but i am still getting the error that only SIS DATA ENTRY EXPERT can write on the SIS Modules. This is happening on the version 12  and 11. I have worked on version 9 too and if u give the SIS keys and SIS Permissions there , you can write on DeltaV SIS Dynamos easily.Please help , its quite urgent.

  Dear all,

  I have an update regarding this problem. My SIS dynamo Sets are working fine on Delta V 9 but these aren't working on DeltaV v 11.3 and 12.3.I have assigned the SIS keys  and permissions in both. Am i missing something or is it a bug in the later versions.
