I can't license DeltaV v14.3. What can I do?

I'm trying to license DeltaV v14.3, usually show an License option in the web tab but in this version isn´t. What can i do?

    Have you tried to close and then open DeltaV Explorer?

    If yes, then you might need to re-run Workstation Configuration (Create ProPlus option). By the way, can you show what is below Physical Network?

    First, are you on v14.3 or v14.3.1, now called v14.LTS.

    If you are on v14.3, update to v14.LTS. There are many reasons for this, the main one is for you to keep your sanity and avoid the known issues that are resolved.

    To be clear, you have imported/loaded you license file on to the system and are not trying to view the installed licenses so you can assign them the appropriate nodes. The "Licenses" container under Setup is not appearing in the Explorer Tree. On my v14.3.1 systems, I see the Licenses container which could mean, this is resolved in v14.3.1. I have SI dongles and so no licenses, but the container still appears.

    Have you tried selecting Setup to see if the Licenses container appears in the right hand pane. Like Engineering Units, which only appear in the right hand pane. Again, if this is v14.3, maybe the container is only seen in the right hand pane.

    Start by confirming the version of DeltaV. and the hotfixes installed.
