Found that when migrating classes/CBMs that there must be a difference in the configure instance propagation.
On the first 2 (default num used for DCC) Interlock/Permissive/Force SP you are able to change the State and select higher managed, but the remainder do not allow changing it, all other parameters work as expected.
I have not tested to confirm that if you migrate a module if the State/Higher Managed will be set back to default, will do that later when I have some free time.
Also one thing to keep in mind with the DCC is that it does not auto parse expressions like the other blocks, have not dug in to see if that might be a registry setting.
Work around is to turn off "Allow Instance Vallue to be Configured" then turn it back on and click yes to expose all parameters.
