DeltaV Reporter Excel Add-in

I have  DeltaV 11.3.1 environment, DeltaV Reporter is installed at Application Station with Excel Add-in.  I have scheduled reports auto run and auto save data and auto close. From few days these reports are not working. I can open report, fetch data but does't save auto and does n't close it. 

Kindly suggest me how can i troubleshoot it and from where can i check Auto Save and Auto Close option?

  Hello Hassan, I am not sure if the issue you are facing is the same, but I had an issue with auto save and close recently but it was in v14.3.1. The issue was to do with my VLOOKUP (external references) within the data extraction macro enabled excel spreadsheet, I wrote a code to copy this externally referenced VLOOKUP data and overwrote the same with paste values only. This solved the problem. Hope this helps.
