WIOC Device commissioning issue on DeltaV 14.3

I am not able to commission WIOC device on DeltaV 14.3 due to below ERRORs,

1: ERROR: An error occurred (error code 1, RT_FAILURE).
2: ERROR: OperationalStatus = 192 (0xc0)

1: ERROR: An error occurred (error code 8, RT_ITEM_NOT_FOUND).
2: ERROR: OperationalStatus = 193 (0xc1)
