iFixBackground Server

DeltaV 10.3.1

We have configured iFixBackground Server to carry out some specific scripts on our plant.

However the 'backgroud' server appears to have to run in the foreground This has the unfortunate effect of stopping when the interactive user logs off.

Is it possible to have this run as a service in this version of DeltaV?

I have certainly run it that way on and iFix Sever, but not sure this is available on DeltaV.

  Thanks for the reply Matt.
  Doesn't really help unfortunately as I need to find some funds and the will to upgrade the system (which we are aware is getting on a bit) to resolve this.
  But it does add yet another justification to the upgrade plan.
