DeltaV V12.3 graphics static font size change after copying from one Pro+ server to another Pro+ server

Hi all,

I am encountering a strange phenomenon that when I copy DeltaV Operate iFix graphics from one pro+ server to another server the size is changing for all static text elements. Has anyone faced such thing? or better if anyone can suggest some solution or mitigation and what might be a reason for this strange behaviour.

  I have noticed many strange behaviors of fonts especially when displaying a graphic developed for 4:3 screens on a 16:9 screen. I am running 11.3.1 and to my knowledge the widescreen resolution supported is 1680 x 1050, and certain graphics cards and monitors - especially on older machines - are finicky about supporting it. It is a 16:10 aspect ratio as it happens, and the monitors are usually 16:9. My point is, have a look at the Windows graphics settings and the capability of the monitors - that might be part of the issue.

  The problem is a resolution issue that is shrinking or expanding the picture to fit the operate window you are using. The iFix pictures and specifically text is NOT scalable.
  
  You will need to work with the layout file on the machine to ensure the system is setup properly but if you have a 16x9 picture and you try to fit in any other format...you will have text issues unfortunately.

  Thanks for reply. I understand that iFix pics and text is not scalable. Is it possible that text font size changes without any confirmation? All other objects in picture retain their structure and position but only the font size change. Is'nt it weird?

  I am using same resolution of monitors on two system which is 1920x1080. But one thing is different is that in one system the video signal is going through a video controller and over long distance through HDMI extenders, which is transparent for DeltaV as video system only passes video streams and resolution info through and forth.

  Just a wild guess: could you check the text size for windows screens on both systems: do you use 100% (not 125%) for both systems?
