server busy when creating a new user in deltav user manager

Hello all,

could someone tell me why i get server busy each time I have to create a new user?  I have to press retry in order to make the user.

  Please refer to Knowledge Base Article, NK-1700-0318, describes an issue wherein the Server Busy window appears when creating user accounts through DeltaV User Manager on VCAT-enabled systems.

  The warning message appears because creation of new users on systems with enabled VCAT usually takes longer time. Unfortunately, this warning message gives an impression of application hang-up or crash; thus users may opt to terminate the application through Windows Task Manager.

  Resolution: Install the software solution to update the status box. The new status message will inform the users that user account creation is in progress. For DeltaV v13.3.1 systems: Please refer to KBA NK-1600-0394: DeltaV v13.3.1 Software Updates to download the latest hotfix bundle that contains the fix for TFS273388.
