How to create many different users and administrators ?

Hello,

In order to secure my differents systems, I want to create different types of user with their own name, passwords and privileges.

So my questions are:

1) How many account can I create for operator and administrator ( looking to know the maximum number) for each different version of DELTAV?

2) How can they change their password every 3 mounths ? 

3) Can delete an account to not appear if a person leave the company for example ?

  There is a User Manager program in the Start Menu > DeltaV > Engineering. From there you can assign user privledges, or create groups. There is a number of options and I believe it includes setting password expiration and the ability to delete users.

  It's been there from the first release of DeltaV, look into the Emerson Educational Services class DeltaV Administration - 7027 for some training.
