We recently updated from a two monitor to a four monitor license for our ProPlus tower.
It appears that from left to right the monitors are named: USER1, PRIMARY_SCREEN, SECONDARY_SCREEN, USER2
On our old two monitor setup our usersettings.grf file utilized only the primary and secondary screens (main and main2).
With this quad monitor setup (where we are actually only using 3 physical screens) we would like to utilize our left most monitor as the PRIMARY_SCREEN and the middle monitor be the SECONDARY_SCREEN as we only really need two operate screens and the third monitor will be used for other "stuff."
The question I am posing is what is the best way to get our original primary and secondary screens on to the leftmost and middle monitor.
Should I:
1. Setup USER1 with our graphics and how would I assign it the default original alarm banner?
2. Can I change the order of the screens in the usersettings.grf file to be PRIMARY_SCREEN, SECONDARY_SCREEN, USER1, USER2?
3. Can I force it to only use two of the four operate screens (i.e. disable USER1 and USER2)?
4. Some other method.
