Controller Firmware upgrading

we have a project with DV 9.3.1 and I want to add one MD controller that it's firmware revision is 7.2 .

It commissioned normally but we can not download it because of revision discrepancy.  

So I want to upgrade that controller firmware from 7.2 to 9.3 but when I run "DeltaV controller ,I/O upgrading utility" , that controller not recognized and not appear in related window for selection.

what can i do for this issue?

  Hi There,
  Can you check with DeltaV diagnostics if what is the status of the Primary Network?
  If its is BAD, we need to resolve this issue first.
  The controller upgrade utility only communicates with the physical controllers through primary network
