Online upgrade without flash firmware upgrade from 6.3 to 9.3
We have tried to upgrade our system control form 6.3 to 9.3 .we did all the procedures base on the upgrade wizard and upgrade path.
The database ,graphics and faceplates upgraded to 9.3 but we have problem as following:
1.when we call the faceplates that use DC blocks in the their modules we saw that all parameters related to name sets show errors (in the online control studio show numbers but did not display name according to the values in the name sets for example pumps start/stop are not shown in the faceplate )
2.try to download setupdatas to controllers but was not successful due to controllers revisions (show NV ROM errors)(6.3)

as recommended by Emerson , first we want to upgrade one of the workstation to be sure that graphic work properly after that we are ready to upgrade firmware of the controllers.thank u. please help.
after faceplate upgrade and graphic when we run the deltav operate and call those modules that use the DC block specially pumps and motors shows pup up error as following picture:
one more thing that we upgraded the dynamos .they show this error too.
