DeltaV OPC Sever No Longer Browseable

After a reboot of the application station hosting out DeltaV OPC server, the sever is no longer browse able by any clients.  We have tried OPC Watch it, Matrikon, Kepware's Quick Client, etc and the all fail to browse.  The exact error we are getting is:

IOPCBrowseServerAddressSpace::BrowseOPCItemIDs()

failed:C0040803

Clients can read/write data if a path is manually entered, they just can't browse.We tried both restarting the OPC server and another reboot, but neither resolved the issue.

Has anyone else seen/corrected a problem like this?
