I'm aware that downloading a change to a Unit Phase won't affect a running phase on a live system i.e. changes will only take effect once the phase is reloaded.
Can anyone confirm the meaning of the message below when downloading a phase? I'm assuming it means exactly the above, but the wording implies that the standby controller won't get updated.
