Function Key for BOI Load Batch "Options" Menu

Hello,

Does anyone know what function key needs to be assigned for a user to be able to access the "Options" menu when loading a batch on the BOI? To be clear, this is the "Options" button which leads to the "Recipe List Options" screen that allows one to filter recipes and change columns.
