Error whenSTART button in pressed in BOI after successful loading of Phase

Dear All,

I am getting following Error msg once I load any batch Successfully and Press the START button in BOI.

 Message for E.g.  : "SIP initial held for SIP of cryovessel faulty  3.40282E+38 " appears and put the SIP batch in HOLD. 

Operation/Batch can be resumed properly and able to complete without having the same error again.

Has anyone encountered something like this before. 

Please kindly share your experience.

  Are you using refer/defer type parameters to transfer report parameters to future batch parameters?  I've seen this when you have a recipe parameter that's refer'ed to a report parameter that hasn't been logged yet.

  After detailed study, I came to find the problem was dynamic reference resolution. As dynamic reference was not getting resolved at time of phase going to hold the error msg contained garbage value.
  
  As part of resolution we have to modify fail monitor logic so as to resolve references first and then go to hold.
