R-Series flow meters vs CMF Flow meters

Hi friends..

We are using 2" , 1" & 1/2"  CMF Series Mass flow meters and 2" R-Series mass flow meters in our process circuits.

My doubt is why CMF series is given an accuracy of 0.1% of Reading and R-Series is given an accuracy of 0.5% of reading.......

Can anyone explain this technically ....

  Elite series flowmeters have a higher performance design and internal components designed specially for each size flowmeter.
  
  They also go through a longer and more elsborate calibration process

  That is the limit of detail I can divulge. Ultimately, it is designed as a higher performance flow meter and that is why
  it is more accurate.
