PAC8000 workbench - COULD NOT CONNECT TO MTL_OCPCCMSTR

product : pac8000 Workbench 8.4 sim11
OS : win7

i was comfortable working on the above product, and was able to login using standard 'sa' and default password.
But today, suddently when i try to login and press Connect, it gives me following error :
"Could not connect to MTL_OCPCCMSTR.
Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Cannot open database requested in login 'MTL_OCPCCMSTR'. Login fails, Program exiting.

I am in midst of commissioning and this problem has occurred. So need your urgent help.

    First thing is that you should check the password. Standard username is sa with password ocpcc2003. Your password may be different if security is implemented. Other possibilities are that: you have a centralised system and somebody changed the database password centrally; the database is corrupted and you need to re-install and then apply your backup; a recent Windows 7 update broke the system (but unlikely as Windows 7 no longer receives updates).
