Red Error LED of Some AI16 cards flash in a specific time

Hi everyone.

We have a problem with some AI-16 cards.
Not everyday, at 11:53 we got a lot of PVBAD errors from some DSTs and after a few seconds, errors eliminate. All of the signals come from the same controller and AI16 cards residing on the same 8W carrier.

I tried to recored movie from the cards at 11:53 and some days the red led of the cards flash. But There is no event or alarm in Process History View about what happened to the cards at that moment (No PVBAD).

  Hello.
  
  I could see the red error LED flashing on C03 and C06. Are all the six cards on the 8-wide-carrier AI4..20mA Series2? do the PVBADs occure on every card or only on the two in your video?
  
  have you tried to replace the cards - ideally by cards from another production batch?
  are the cards flashed to the current firmware version?
  
  do all the mA-Loops and cards have a common ground?
  
  how accurate is "11:53" as the time of the failure event? "approx. around 12" or "11:53:00"?

  Yes, all the six cards on the 8-wide carrier are AI16 4-20mA Series2.
  PVBADs were occuring last weeks, Unfortunately no PVBAD occured since we started filming the cards. I'm not sure about concurrency of errors and PVBADs.
  Yes, we replaced the cards yesterday and today I'm going to flim at 11:53.
  Yes, all the signals have the same ground. The ground is also connected to instrument earth of the system.
  The time is not accurate. It's between 11:52 to 11:54. Please note that it does not happen every day. We saw these errors twice in previous week. Also, I'm not sure about errors not to occur in times other than 11:53.
