Redundant IO card flashing

I have a redundant IO card but one is GOOD while the other one is BAD. Is it possible to flash the one that is GOOD and leave the BAD one later after we replace it? The plant is not running.

    Do you mean SIS Cards?
    Yes you can flash it (if the plant is not running), and after must to flash the second card (with the same SwRev) before placing it (if the Good card it's the active and the bad card it's the standby, you can remplace the bad card online when the plant is running)
