We have just setup a new Operator station, configuration of the station went pretty well but we are having a issue reading Engineering units starting with alphabets. The EU for eg % and % Solids are coming through but the units that starts with alphabets for Kg, mm or so are being displayed as '&&&&' and also whenever we restart the station it looses its config and have to be redownloaded from engineering station. It would be much appreciated if you guys could guide us through the solution. Thank You.
