    DeltaV licensing is permanent. Yes they work in v13. Licenses are system specific and tied to the system ID.

    The one license that is version specific is the Major Version licence. This is issued automatically to systems with a Guardian to allow the installation of new software versions but all the functional licenses are permanent.
