We are facing as issue where Icon for adding trend to a chart is greyed out on one station but available on another for the same username.
Example When we access machine "A", though operator login (Both Windows and Deltav desktops are logged on as operator), adding trend to a chart icon is greyed out (See Attached Image 2)
When we access some other machine say, "B", though same login as used in station "A", (Both Windows and Deltav desktops are logged on as operator), adding trend to a chart icon is available (See Attached Image 1)
As It is a domain environment, the operator rights should be the same on all the deltav machines in that domain.
Anyone else faced a similar issue and knows the workaround on that?
On machine "A" make sure that the Control Level is set to Advanced under the View menu. This is machine dependent and not saved across the domain.
