"Delete" option greyed out when trying to Delete a Future device placeholder in AMS

Hi Folks

I am trying to delete a placeholder which was created for a future device in AMS device explorer.

The username already has all the admin rights assigned for AMS server and have already been assigned the "Asign plant hierarchy location permission" option

But still the option to delete the  placeholder which was created for a future device in AMS device explorer is greyed out.

Has anyone faced a similar situation and the workaround for the same?

  Hi..
  Anyone came across a similar situation where they are not able to delete empty device placeholders which were created in AMS for future use even if "Asign plant hierarchy location permission" has been assgined to a particular user on AMS. Any help will be appreciated
