issue with ifix service mode

Hi experts,

i imaged an deltav v13 in standalone, my user account "admin" and the password worked well. But when it's launching, ifix service mode stop at any time and nothing happen after all.

So i can't get the flexlock to switch in desktop mode.

Do i need to reinstall deltav or do you have some tips?

  you've provided very little information. is this a VM or a supported computer?
  
  Did you recover this image on a different computer and is it the exact same hardware?
  
  the secure flex lock desk top can be disabled from an other workstation through the registry editor to give you normal windows acces, but you should open a call with the GSC to help you through that.
  
  And I don't know yet what the issue is. But once you can boot to windows desktop you will likely be able to get more info.
