DeltaV Analyze version 4.1 Failed to Install; Please help

During the course of trying to install DeltaV Analyze 4.1, there is this error message that keeps on coming up: " CreatFile failed". Unfortunately, the 3.1 version has been deleted;thereby making the Proplus( the only workstation with DeltaV Analyze installed) not to have any DeltaV Analyze in it.Any idea on how to go about it?
