Delta V Analyze 4.1 schedule reports Not getting generated

Hi All,

For the past 3 days, Delta V analyze scheduled daily reports are not getting generated. When I had a look at the Delta V Analyze administration -->activity Log, it showed the report is being processed and generated daily. When I look at the D drive where the reports are normally saved, there were no daily report files. However, previous scheduled reports are still there  in the specified location in D drive. I checked the file location settings in delta V administration, everything is same. Any solutions to solve this issue?

  • Does digital certificate still valid ? Does Dv Analyze working well if you use it "online" ?

    Yes, the certificate is still valid(expiring on 20th March 2020). It is not working in online as well. When I try to go to overview page or any pages, it shows 'session expired, refresh to see results'. After refreshing , it comes up with the same message.

    ok so the root cause of your report issue, is not schedule report itself, but overall DV analyze ....

    Yes, there seems to be some with DV Analyze in itself. However, data from Event chronicle is fetched by DV Analyze and stored as xml files regularly. The DV Analyze UI and Report generation doesn't seem to work.

    Following up with the previous message, I get the following error in delta V analyze administration main page:
    Details: 'Failed to get publisher information for Delta V analyze (getpubinfo)'.
    Inner details: 'The request failed with HTTP Status 403: Forbidden'.
