DeltaV Domain Controller Configuration Before or After DeltaV Installation

I have read NK-1700-0062 Configuring a Domain Environment on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 but it is not clear to me if this procedure can be followed after DeltaV is already installed on the ProPlus or if it must be done before installation of DeltaV. Does anyone know if it matters?

    The Active Directory role as well as some other server roles like Remote Desktop Server role have to be added and configured before DeltaV is installed, so the KBA you indicated is to be followed before installing DeltaV. I'd recommend getting in contact with our Global Support Center to get support for installation and/or upgrades of DeltaV.
