I have one MD Controller that has mysteriously gone from having network redundancy to simplex. I suspect that it may have gotten replaced without decommissioning of the old unit (hot swap) but I'm wondering what happens when you replace an online controller with a new out of box unit without following the procedure. Could this possibly have caused my problem? If not, then it may have gotten changed during our last system upgrade in 2010 and gone unnoticed.
