CHARMs smart logic solver initialization time

is there any one know how long does it take for initializing of CSLS after power on ?(CHARMs smart logic solver) 

We have observe that time during initialization about 1 minute. is it normal? 

during that time, is the logic inside has processed and how was the IO behavior ?
