Option Bitstring

Hello,

Is it possible to create my own "Option Bitstring" such as you see on IO_Opts parameters and others?

  Yes and no!
  When you export a known module containing an OPTION BITSTRING parameter, you can copy this text into an exported text from the module(class) where you need the parameter.
  Take care, the reference exists twice in the export, first the parameter as OPTION BITSTRING, later the specification (named set and OPTIONx).
  Unfortunately, I did not find a way to use the bitstring in a decent way. (Maybe you find the tric and report here...)

  How about named sets? In DeltaV Explorer, navigate to DeltaV_System | System Configuration | Set | Named Sets. You should be able to define your own from there. Note that you shouldn't change internal named sets from FHX.

  Did you ever manage to get the Option Bitstring to work. I can get as far as creating the Parameter but the properties list is blank.
