deltav 11.3.1 hotfix installation

hi dears

i  tried to install the hotfix for deltav 11.3 on the application station .but the error popup like this:"detected build number :3847" and for installation build number should be 4203.so this error did not allow me to install the hotfixes.

is there any way to install the hotfixes?or my hotfixes are different with those that should be installed?which hotfix(number) i must install?please recommend for this issue

  While I ultimately agree with Maarten, Build 4203 is 11.3.1. So it sounds like you are trying to install a 11.3.1 hotfix on an 11.3 system. To get this particular hotfix installed, you'll need a valid CSS and your system upgraded to 11.3.1. Again, your situation may have special considerations, so you should really contact Emerson Support. Good Luck!
