Error in Installing Hotfixes in DeltaV 10.3.5.1

Hello all,

While upgrading from R5 to R5.1, at the time of installation of DISC 2 hotfixes install till NOV 2013 and after that WerFault.exe error occur under that error following msaage is like "The wrong volume is in the Drive. Please insert volume 12P864B_DVD1 into drive E:."

but i have already run Disc 1.

Now how to resolve it and how to install hotfixes after nov 2013.???
