Good morning all, we are a having trouble getting the Performance Report to execute properly. InSight does seem to properly collect data on our modules. The report does populate the module list and goes as far as creating the .pdf and Excel files. The problem appears to be in that the continuous history elements of the report are not coming in.
We reviewed the instructions under the Help topic for the Report. We have addressed running the Setup from Disk 2 of the install CD, verified the Automation settings of the Excel AddIn, we also have verified that the XML file is even pointing to our CH server. We tried running the report on our ProPlus using the admin account to rule out any kind of security issue.
Does anyone know of anything else that we can look into. Or, alternatively, is there some easy means of exporting the number of "modules in incorrect mode", InSight Summary Tab so concisely displays this, it would be super sweet to be able to export this.

Let me rephrase, the Abormal Conditions I was referring to, are normal, what I meant was the summary tab has data present, the problem is the report that get generated does not reflect this data.
So below is a screen shot of the InSight Summary Tab. I am trying to produce a spreadsheet of modules with flagged as "incorrect mode". The report can give this to me, however it doesn't work as it should.
