I want to implement a report of list of tag numbers are simulated or a list of tag numbers that have pv_bad alarm.

You can do it in "Process History View".
Use proper filters.
I agree with Roman - for basic reporting functionality just select the filtering criteria in PHV and save the PHV file so that you can recall that configuration/query again. If you want to be able to pull it up from a DeltaV graphic, then you can create a file link on the graphic to call up that specific PHV file. I'm sure there are probably other ways as well.
