I got AMS installed successfully on EWS, though dont have AMS license, but when I tried to get "Process Variables" information by right context menu item then it shows a dialogue message that "The DeltaV host system inteface has not been configured in AMS Device Manager. Run the Network Configuration Utility in AMS Device Manager to Complate this requirement". I did that but message remains same all the time.
I have checked that firmwares on the Controllers, CIOC, and on CHARM are up to date, prpoer DD files are installed, HART devices are properly sensed, AMS service has been stopped and started multiple times, EWS has been rebooted multiple times, AMS has been installed again
