You cannot upload configuration from controllers. You need a comprehensive backup plan to ensure your configuration database, historical data, master copy of graphics are stored in off-site or at least off-system storage.

Deltav gives you a mechanism to auto export configuration daily, but a full backup implemented when changes are made is also a good idea.

To reverse engineer what you had before, you can sift through the powerup directory files on the proplus, but it will not be easy or comprehensive.

If the plant is still running, focus on getting the corrupt database fixed. Engage Emerson Advanced services and try to fix the corruption on another offline server to at least get an export.
