Hello all,
I'm currently trying to configure a control module class and I created a few new named sets to use for my DC1 block. However, when I try to select the named set I want to use from the drop down menu, I'm only presented with 5 or so named sets and it will not let me browse for any more. I can type in the named set and it will allow me to input the named set that way without an issue.
What am I missing here that it won't allow me to select any more named sets?
Most likely you are missing a value in the named set you are trying to use.
For the FV_D/SP_D/PV_D named set you need to have 0, 1, 2 and 255 values.
For the State named set you need to have 0 - 11 and 255 values.
For the Fail named set you need to have 0 - 8 and 255 values
There can different conifgurations of User Selectable and/or Visible but you have to have the same number of values with the named set.
Review the default named sets for a Forward/Reverse motor (mtrfr, states_mtrfr and fail_mtrfr) to see what the values should be as example for three states.
Regards,
Matt

Thanks Matt,
That was my first inclination but that's not the case. I'm specifically trying to select a Fail named set that I created but all that shows up as selectable are the default fail named sets.

You must have the named set in a named set folder and not at the root level of named sets, if you move it to the root level it should show up.
An unfortunate "feature".
Yep, thats exactly it. For some reason I thought I could browse to it but it does seem ridiculous that I can manually input it but not select it.
Thanks for throwing me back on path Matt.
Much appreciated!
