I want to change the configuration ( by changing the color ) of some of the faceplate that is coppied or has same config for the other faceplate, ex ;fp , fp_1, fp_2.
I would like to know the steps for changing these configuration

I'm not sure if you are asking how to change the colors of the faceplates or how to update the faceplate copies. If you are asking about changing the FP colors let me know but I am assuming you are asking about the updating the multiple copies.
After you modify the faceplate(s) that require updates, you can click the Update Popup pictures icon located on the DeltaV_Utilities toolbar (See picture below) to automatically update the other associated FP_1, FP_2, FP_3 displays.
If you don't have this toolbar shown above active, select Workspace menu item while in Configure mode, select toolbars, put a checkbox for the DeltaV_Utilities and then hit close.
Don't forget to download the workstation to have yellowpages copy the modified faceplates out to your workstations on the network.
