Is it possible to export a list of all bypassed or out of service equipment?

Looking to develop a list of all modules with either an MSTATE of Out of Service or an active PID/DC bypass. I can't find a format specification that is quite what I'm looking for.

  You have to keep in mind, that the possibility of an parameter export based on a created format specification, will only show you the OFFLINE- values (the values IN the DV database). And will not result in a list of all the actual ONLINE-parameter.
  
  
  I have done a similar thing (list of all ONLINE bypassed interlocks) with the DeltaV-Excel-Add-In:
  
  1.) Exporting a list of all needed parameters (module name, module description, all interlock expressions/descriptions/bypass parameter, etc.) from the database - just to make the creation of the parameter pathes more automated; otherwise you have to type them in all manually
  2.) Creating a list of the complete parameter pathes (in excel with all it´s functions)
  3.) Using the Excel-Add-In to read the ONLINE-values of the created paramaeter pathes
