I have to add nearly 600 fieldbus instruments of which I need to do it in a more easy and fast way, if you can help me how to do it
If you have the information you can use the Bulk Edit feature of DeltaV. Look at the topic in Books on Line and it will walk you through the process of preparing your copy of Excel to do the editing. You must use the Excel add-in to make this work and you must save the edited file using the add-in or it won't import. In the DeltaV BulkEdit directory you'll find pre-made format specification files for FF devices that you can use for exporting a template that you then fill out in Excel.

New functionality in AMS Device Manager 12.5 can significantly reduce the time it takes to configure FF devices. By creating User configuration and bulk applying them user could see up to 80% reduction in configuration and commisisoning time.
