Hi
1. Can someone guide on requirement of Diaphragm seal in High pressure gas line.
2. Also what will be the typical connection sizes to be considered for Pressure transmitter with respect to Line sizes.
Any standard reference for above 2 queries is appreciated.

Hello Suhas,
I will need some additional information. Regarding your first question:
For your second question:
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Suhas,
For the pressure and temperatures that you have provided would not need to use a remote seal as that falls within the limits of a pressure transmitter by itself which can be used with process temperatures up to 121C or more depending on the configuration.
Is the 3/4" connection a threaded or flanged connection?
If the connection is threaded, you can use a pressure transmitter without a remote seal. For this, you could use either a Coplanar or in-line type connection depending on preference. As Michael mentioned, Rosemount Coplanar style transmitters use 1/4 - 18 NPT or 1/2 - 14 NPT connections and Rosemount In-Line (T-style) transmitters use 1/4-18 female NPT or G1/2 A DIN 16288 Male connections. This means you would have to reduce the 3/4" connection with an adaptor to connect directly the transmitter. Using just a transmitter will be the most cost effective solution for your application. Available transmitter options are listed in the Rosemount 3051 Pressure transmitter Product Data Sheet available here: https://www.emerson.com/documents/automation/product-data-sheet-rosemount-3051-pressure-products-en-73134.pdf
If you want to directly connect to a 3/4" threaded connection, you could add to the pressure transmitter a Rosemount 1199 remote seal with an RTW seal type. You can get this remote seal with 3/4" female or male threads. You can learn more about the RTW remote seal type in the Rosemount 1199 Product Data Sheet available here: https://www.emerson.com/documents/automation/product-data-sheet-rosemount-dp-level-transmitters-1199-seal-systems-en-73226.pdf
If you have a 3/4" flanged connection, you could use a Rosemount 1199 with RFW seal type. You can learn more about available options in the same Rosemount 1199 Product Data Sheet referenced above.
Let me know if you have further questions.
