Flow Meter Selection Accuracy

Hi ,

While selecting a flow meter 2 basic elements come into play i.e sensor & transmitter , also there is accuracy for both , so sensor accuracy relates to the flow  & transmitter accuracy i presume relates to signal speed at which it transmits , 

So how does one view of sensor & transmitter accuracy while selecting a flow meter

Hope my question is clear

  Transmitter has its own accuracy, but a pair sensor+transmitter has less accuracy. System accuracy is different on different areas of the sensor range.
