CMF300+ increase mass totalizers but not volume

Hi, we have a CMF300+ installed an oil+water stream and after a flowmeter calibration provided by a third party contractor the flowmetter won't increase volumen totalizers (inventory or partial totalizer).

We have a mass flowrate, volume flow rate, mass totalizers increase according to flow rate but volume totalizers and inventory are fixed with 0 value.

Did anyone had this problem? Is there a parameter that could cause this behaviour?

  Hi Rogelio - I recommend contacting Micro Motion's Flow Technical Support team directly to help troubleshoot (ideally when you have access to the meter) - 1-800-522-6277, flow.support@emerson.com. They'll need to confirm your current configuration settings and licensed software features. Sometimes provers need to deactivate some features to make sure they're getting only 'line volume', and they may not have restored the Oil & Water calculations properly. There would be no harm trying a power-cycle in the meantime.
