Finding an easy, straightforward method of automating a production operation while still providing scalability to allow new elements to be added to the system is a boon to manufacturing plants of all sizes. This plant includes 21 silos storing raw materials to produce the ceramic, which requires measuring into correct batches according to the recipes, mixing of the raw materials and transferring to the kilns. The second section of the plant is dedicated to automated loading and packing into 50 kg or 100 kg bags.
