BATCH_ID, PROCEDURE, UNITPROCEDURE and OPERATION Unit Parameters

Batch was completed and removed from BOI but BATCH_ID, PROCEDURE, UNITPROCEDURE and OPERATION unit parameter values were retained. What could be the reason? Can BEX download time coinciding with the batch removal from BOI cause the issue?
