OAR display for confirmer and verifier password button is not responding from Live

Hello,

We are testing the OAR display for confirmer and verifier but its password button is not responding from Live when we have select _OAR_OPTION external only. It's working well from BOI when we have select _OAR_OPTION BOI if available. We have already enabled and selected the checkbox for DeltaV LIVE in the electronics signature policy and assigned to the unit.

So if anyone has faced the similar kind of issue, please share your experience or if someone knows how to deal with acknowledge button scripting changes in Live or is it issued into $Std_Esig_Confirm_Ctrl GEM or where which parameter needs to change. Please share.

  When you right click and select properties on Electronic Signatures under Setup/Security do you have the Enable Electronic Signatures in DeltaV Live, DeltaV Operate and DeltaV Control Studio checked?
  
  If not you need to check this and download setup data.
  
  Then you also need to ensure that the item you are using is assigned a Policy to use as well as right click on the area the item resides under has the Enable Electronic Signature enabled.

  Thanks for information. We followed same. now there is acknowledge button is working fine but password button still not responding.

  I have few queries as below,

  1. In Electronics signature policy verifier and confirmer parameter are used. should we want to add in the code?
  2. When we have select OAR_OPTION external only what result expected in code
  3. Currently we are using build 11067. is it require update the hotfixes.
