How to force and output signal-

We are doing some commissioning and I'd like to "force" and discrete output signal independent of any code that might be driving it. Is there a way to put the block in debug or ... and set a value either on the output point/card directly or maybe in the EDC$IO_OUT_1 field?

We are running PCSD v13 and DeltaV 13.3.1

  Go into debug mode and force sp of do block

  you need to check the mode the DO block is in. If you have man enabled, simply put the DO in man and change the out. If it is in CAS mode, you will need to do what LB recommended but do it to the CAS_IN. if the block is in AUTO, what he said is correct.
